# **Privacy Policy "kaimana.ru" website**

## **General regulations**

1.1 This document defines the policy of the website kaimana.ru, hereinafter referred to as the Company, in relation to the processing of personal data of site visitors and sets out the system of basic principles applicable to the processing of personal data of site visitors in the Company.

2.1 The company is the operator of the personal data of site visitors.

2.2 An important condition for realizing the goals of the Company's activities is to protect the rights and freedoms of the subject of personal data in the processing of their personal data.

3.12 If a visitor leaves a comment or a message on the site, we collect the data specified in the comment or message form, as well as the IP address and browser user-agent data of the visitor in order to identify spam.

- Other local acts on processing and security of personal data;
- Legal, organizational and technical measures to ensure security of personal data have been implemented;
- Exercised internal control over compliance of personal data processing with the requirements of the RF Federal Law "On Personal Data" No.152-FL of July 27, 2006, and other statutory acts adopted in accordance therewith, this Policy, local acts of the Company;
- Evaluated the damage that may be caused to data subjects in case of violations of the federal legislation on personal data, made a ratio of this harm and the measures taken by the Company to ensure compliance with the obligations under the requirements of the Russian Federation Federal Law "On Personal Data" № 152-FL of July 27, 2006, and adopted in accordance with it the regulations of legal acts;
- Company employees, directly engaged in the processing of personal data, familiarized with the provisions of the RF Federal Law "On Personal Data" № 152-FL of July 27, 2006, and adopted in accordance with the regulations, this policy and local acts of the Company on the processing of personal data visitors to the site.

## **The Company stops processing personal data in the following cases:**

- Upon achievement of their processing purposes, or if it is no longer necessary to achieve those purposes;
- At the request of the subject of personal data, if the personal data processed by the Company is incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, illegally obtained or unnecessary for the stated purpose of processing;
- In case of detection of unlawful processing of personal data, if it is impossible to ensure the lawfulness of personal data processing;
- In case of revocation of the personal data subject's consent to the processing of his personal data or the expiration of such consent (if the personal data are processed by the Company solely on the basis of consent from the subject of personal data)
- In the case of liquidation of the Company.

5.3 The Company implements the following personal data protection requirements:

- The security regime of premises where information systems are located, preventing the possibility of uncontrolled entry or stay in these premises by persons who do not have the right of access to these premises, has been organized;
- Personal data carriers were secured;
- The head of the Company approved a document defining the list of persons whose access to personal data processed in information systems is necessary for them to perform their official (work) duties;
- Information security tools that passed the procedure of compliance assessment with the requirements of the Russian legislation in the field of information security are used;
- Employees responsible for the security of personal data in information systems have been appointed;
- The requirements established by the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated September 15, 2008 No. 687 "On Approval of the Regulation on the Specifics of Processing of Personal Data Performed without the Use of Automation Means" are implemented.
